This was supposed to be a sketch. THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A SKETCH. Then I fell in love with the design.

I was thinking of a design for Rock to wear (in my comic, which is extramely slowly progressing in), so I pulled this out of my crapper. Then I thought of colors. So I colored it. Then I wanted to do shineys (using Ruby's lightning tutorial found here: [link]). Then I played with fonts. Then I look at it again and went "That wasn't supposed to happen." So I post it up here.

I feel so tempted by the cuteness.

By the way,"Electrical Communication" and "Brand New Way" are two songs by Ganasia (an awesome band) that sang those for Rockman 8, and later on Super Adenture Rockman.
