69. Annoyance

He is the Scrollmonger. (there's no such thing) Now, he's got a name of course. Its Hao Ma Fan! Or for you people who don't do surnames first, Ma Fan Hao, but the meaning works both way.

Hao Ma Fan = Very annoying.
Ma Fan Hao = Annoying is good.

I thought of this name when I or someone else said "Ai ya! Ni zhen shi hao ma fan!" The story has its own reason why this is his name.

Oh yeah, he's got eyes. Its just that he's doing his annoying smile most of the time that the cheeks push up his eyelids. He still has pretty small eyes though.
